Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
At Sajni Clothing, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. Below are the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges for online purchases:
- Parcel Condition: Customers are requested not to accept parcels if the packaging is damaged or the seal is broken.
- Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of the order date and are limited to the same category of products.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, with the price label attached, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Exchanges are not applicable if proper care instructions have not been followed.
- Limitations:
- Exchanges or returns for different items or categories are not allowed.
- Accessories and discounted (sale) items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Products purchased online can only be exchanged online.
- Refund Alternative:
- We do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases, an e-store coupon of equal value will be issued, valid for 7 days and redeemable online only.
- Damaged or Missing Items:
- For damaged or missing items, customers must contact us immediately at 042- after receiving the parcel.
All returns are subject to inspection by our quality control team. If the returned articles are found to be used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, the return or exchange request will not be honored.
Section 2: Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in exceptional cases, and cash on delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed as a credit to your Credit/Debit card within two weeks.
- If you do not receive the refund within this period, please check with your bank as processing times may vary.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Section 3: Shipping
- Shipping Charges: All nationwide shipments incur a PKR 200 charge.
- Return Shipping:
- Customers must courier return/exchange items to the following address:

Include the order number on the parcel. - If Sajni Clothing provides damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, we will bear all shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible to bear taxes and shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We maintain a detailed tracking record of customer shipments to ensure smooth delivery. However, in rare cases, delivery issues may arise.
